I have used the pillow for over a week. I let the pillow relax from shipping for24 hrs. Then I have been using.
It was an adjustment from my old contour to my new one because old one was soft an somewhat flat from a few years of use. New pillow is firm an raised my neck more than I was used to. So, I used the pillow an found that the firmness is what I must have needed for a while. My neck feel secure now. An i will continue to use.
